Atikokan (Ojibwe for “caribou bones”) is located in the Rainy River District of Northwestern Ontario along the Mom’s Way travel route Highway 11/17. Just north of Quetico Park, Atikokan Ontario is known as the “Canoeing Capital of Canada”. Visit Little Falls on the Atikokan River, located near the golf course and the Walleye Hatchery.
